$10 million in condo buyout for wealthy Orlando family
A billionaire Orlando family has sold a condo in the affluent neighborhood of West Hills for a cool $10.2 million, according to a press release.
The listing, posted Thursday on the website Real Estate Agent.com, shows the condo is located on a property valued at $2.5 million, with an asking price of $7.25 million.
The purchase price of the unit includes $8,000 in financing and a 10 percent down payment.
The deal is subject to approvals from the Orange County Board of Assessors and a city appraisal, according a statement.
The buyer will have two children ages 7 and 10.
A source told The Associated Press the property is worth $3.5 to $4 million.
A property listing in June 2016 showed the home sold for $2 million to a family from China.
The family has no children.
The family’s previous home in Orlando, which was sold in 2014, was valued at about $8 million.
